🐟 Long John Silver’s Fish Batter Recipe 🐟 Crispy, golden, and just like the original!

 

Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup flour
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup water
Instructions:
1. Mix Batter: Combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Gradually add water, whisking until smooth.
2. Heat Oil: Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375°F (190°C).
3. Batter Fish: Dip fish fillets into the batter, letting excess drip off.
4. Fry Fish: Carefully place battered fish in hot oil. Fry until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Drain: Remove fish and drain on paper towels.

6. Serve: Enjoy immediately with your favorite sides!
