Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust for spice preference)
Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
¼ tsp salt (or to taste)

Instructions
Combine ingredients: In a medium bowl, gently toss together the strawberries, pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
Add lime & season: Drizzle with fresh lime juice and sprinkle with salt. Fold gently to mix.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
