This classic comfort food combines tender chicken, creamy sauces, and cheesy pasta for a satisfying meal. The crispy breadcrumb topping adds a delightful crunch.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti or fettuccine12 oz
Chicken, cooked and shredded4 cups
Cream of mushroom soup1 can (10.5 oz)
Cream of chicken soup1 can (10.5 oz)
Sour cream1 cup
Milk1 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese, shredded1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded1 cup
Onion, finely diced1 small
Garlic, minced3 cloves
Mushrooms, sliced1 cup
Frozen peas1/2 cup
Parsley, chopped1/4 cup
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste
Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
Butter, melted2 tbsp

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, soups, sour cream, milk, cheeses, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and peas. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta until well combined.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  6. Combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
