Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups Delicious lasagna roll-ups filled with creamy shrimp and crab, perfect for a cozy dinner!

 

Ingredients:
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a noodle and spread the seafood mixture over it, then roll it up tightly.
- Place the roll-up seam side down in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
