Philly Steak & Cheese Fries

Ingredients:
1 (16 oz) bag frozen French fries (or homemade fries)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced (or use sirloin if preferred)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or use a mix of provolone and mozzarella)
Optional: cheese sauce for drizzling
Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Bake the Fries:
Preheat the oven and cook the fries according to the package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Fries:
Place the baked fries on an oven-safe serving dish or tray. Top with the cooked steak, sautéed onions, and peppers.
Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese generously over the top. Place under a broiler for 2–3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional Cheese Sauce:
For extra indulgence, drizzle warm cheese sauce over the top before serving.
Serve:

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot. These loaded fries are perfect for game day or a hearty snack!

Ingredients
2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional for extra flavor)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions
1. Prep the Ribs
Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs for tenderness.
Cut into sections of 3–4 ribs each.
2. Make the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, and chili flakes.
3. Marinate
Place ribs in a large resealable bag or dish.
Pour marinade over them, coat well, and refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavor).
4. Bake
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 2 hours (until tender).
5. Glaze & Caramelize
Remove foil, brush ribs with extra marinade, and bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
6. Serve
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.

Jimmy Carter’s Grandmother’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.
Form the dough into walnut-sized balls.
Place the balls on an ungreased cookie sheet, leaving some space between each one.
Using a fork, press down on each ball slightly, creating a criss-cross pattern on the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken – Full Recipe

Ingredients:
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup steamed broccoli florets (chopped)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut a pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
4. In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar, and mozzarella. Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

7. Remove toothpicks and serve hot.
